PART 2 (as requested) yall blew Pt 1 up.
16 oz Heavy Cream
1/4 cup pasta water
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
1/3 cup chicken broth
1. Melt down 3 tbsp of butter with 3 tbsp of flour, don’t let it get too brown! Once the flour is fully contributed add heavy cream slowly.
2. Whisk every once in a while until mixture begins to boil.
3. Season to taste (I used red pepper flakes, black pepper, cayenne, seasoned salt & adobo) and whisk some more. Lower your stove’s temperature to prevent burning.
4. Whisk in cheese until fully melted. Add your sundried tomatoes, chopped chicken and bell peppers.
5. Mix your sauce & pasta together. Serve with garlic toast
