i bought the 72hr discover seoul pass for $90.55/pax through klook and here’s where i went with it!

1. lotte world, $41.25

i also rented the uniform for $20 which wasn’t included in the package as the pass only covers the entrance fee! it was drizzling throughout the day so most outdoor rides were closed but it didn’t matter since my family weren’t the adventurous type. we just went for a few indoor rides before trying the photo booth since they had really cute lotte world film strips!

2. coex aquarium, $23.40

we reached around 7pm which was their last entry and we spent a lot of time at each station since we thought it was just a small aquarium but we were wrong.. towards the end were the nicer parts and we only managed to snap a few pictures before the staff ushered us out :(

3. hanboknam, $7.79

they had a pretty wide range of hanboks available (including plus sizes) and i really wanted to try their blue hanbok but upon reaching, 80% of the customers already had the blue hanbok on so the remaining blue ones left weren’t as nice. there were also staffs situated around the fitting room so you just have to put it on before they can assist you with it! i also topped up an additional $3 for hairstyling!

4. gyeongbukgung palace

the entrance fee for the palace is waived off if you enter with a hanbok. otherwise, it’s around $3/pax if i’m not wrong! also, it was drizzling on the day we went & google said it felt like 9° so i was practically freezing my ass off the whole time. we were able to wear our bottoms underneath the hanbok but i had to remove my top otherwise it could be seen through my hanbok since it was pretty sheer! if you go on a rainy day like me, please bring your outerwear along instead of leaving it in the locker.. it might be a little troublesome but at least you wont be shivering as much

5. seoul city tour bus (red), $15.55

if you’re planning on taking the bus, i’d recommend u sit on the right side instead as that’s where the prettier view were.. it drives u along bridges in seoul and you get to alight at n seoul tower for 30mins before the bus departs. i went down for less than 10mins before going up the bus again because it was wayyy too cold. my brother was wearing 3 layers of clothing (tshirt, hoodie + jacket) & was still shivering so much..

6. zoolung indoor animal theme park, $20.15

initially i thought it was mostly for kids since they were everywhere while we were trying to redeem our tickets. however, upon entering the park, i realised that lots of young couples were there as well~ it was really clean since it was located indoors and it didn’t have any foul smell. there were bins & sinks around the park for u to wash your hands and to throw the empty packaging after feeding the animals. according to my mum, the snacks were $5 and it came with several food for different animals! there were also animals such as penguins and alpacas but the alpacas weren’t really active since they were confined in a pretty small area :(

7. eland cruise, $30.99

i was pretty excited for the cruise at 7pm however, the staff only issued us 2 tickets despite us handing her 3 passes. thus, our entry was denied and we had to head back to the ticketing counter to get the third pass but by then, our cruise had already departed so we had no choice but to wait for the next one which was at 8:30pm.. i enjoyed the cruise regardless but upon seeing how pink the sky was made me slightly upset because i wasn’t able to see it up close out in the sea :( the duration of our session was 70mins which was longer than the rest of the session which were normally 40mins. also, there was a live band halfway through the cruise as well!

our total came up to about $139.15 which made the $90 we paid for really worth it. we could’ve went a few more places such as nami island but we decided to just leave it as it is since we already made our money worth~

if you’re considering to get the pass, do consider opting for the 72hr one so you don’t have to rush around from place to place!
