got my matcha latte for only 4 cents!!

known as the starbucks of china, luckin coffee is finally in singapore and they have a new user deal where your first cup of drink is only 99 cents!! 🤭

i headed down to the ngee ann city branch and the hype has probably died down so there wasn't a huge crowd when i went. it was super easy to order, all i had to do was download their app, redeem the 99c voucher, select my drink and checkout! i paid with grabpay and had some points so i ended up paying 4 cents only 🤪 i'm not a huge fan of coffee so i went for their iced matcha latte. BUT, the drink tasted so bad 👎🏻 it was sooooo sweet and had no matcha taste, just felt like i was drinking sugar syrup

my friend got the chocolate exfreezo and it was a lot better!! not overly sweet and you can definitely taste the chocolate 🍫 so if you're not a coffee drinker but want to get your 99c drink, go for the non-coffee exfreezos instead!
