Was expecting it to be a flaming dessert but I guess the “fire” word is derived from the torched meringue. If you expect it to be a typical sweet dessert, this dish hits differently. With the combination of sweet and salty elements, it balances out the gelat-ness of the dessert. I would never expect anyone to make ice cream out of jerusalem artichoke and i honestly don’t know how to describe how it tastes like but it was a really unique dessert.

It’s as sweet as you would expect a dessert named after a chocolate bar but i really enjoyed the burnt caramel bavarois as it melts in your mouth and it just leaves you wanting for more after each bite. Highly recommended for chocolate lovers.

I’m usually not a fan of fancy desserts but it was a good experience and I really enjoyed the desserts but it’s not a place i would frequently visit as I prefer my usual ice cream with waffles but I was really impressed with the range of creative desserts they have, some are even keto friendly!
