There is really a wide variety of classes available on the healthy365 app and after some digging around I found this class. RPM stands for revolutions per minute and the class focuses on resistance and speed. Although it is a spin class, it’s different from rhythmic cycling (no complicated moves 😂). The locations and classes I attended are listed below.
PROS
✅ No memberships needed - completely free!
✅ Very beginner friendly - just tell the instructor that you are new
✅ Highly recommend Tommy’s classes - he focuses on foundation techniques but the classes are still intense 🥵
✅ Access to gym facilities is available (if you still have energy after classes 😆)
CONS
❌ Class timings not so friendly for those working 9-5
❌ Limited locations
CONCLUSION
Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/ 5
This class is perfect for building up your spinning foundation and good instructors really make a difference. I normally go once a week to change up my routine 😄
