Really in love of doing this recently ! What? It’s plank! Not prank 😜
The duration of a plank can vary depending on your fitness level and goals. For beginners, starting with a 20-30 second hold is a good idea, while more advanced exercisers may aim for 60 seconds or longer. For me I always go for 90 seconds 😜 but actually 1 minute is great 😌
In addition to strengthening your core, planks can improve posture, reduce back pain, and increase overall stability and balance.
You may incorporate the plank exercise into a workout routine. For example, you could include planks as part of a core-focused circuit, or use them as a warm-up before lifting weights. I always plank after 3 sets of workout 😜
