I made PHO at home 🥰

Definetly not authentic! But still pretty good for boxed pho broth.

I decided not to use the broccoli. The toppings I used are siracha, chilli onion oil, hoisin, fish sauce and I tried fried onions. Yummy! I used my SpongeBob chopsticks of course. I need to get one of those spoons!

This recipe would be way faster if you use rotisserie chicken!
