Ingredients:
Thinly sliced chicken breast
Vegetable oil (or olive oil if you can afford all that) - 1 cup
Flour - 1 cup
Japanese style panko breadcrumbs - 1 cup (irony)
Parmesan cheese (powdered is better) - 1/3 cup
2 large Eggs
Heavy cream - 1/3 cup
White onion - half
Garlic - 4 cloves
Fresh AND powdered thyme
Fresh AND powdered parsley
Fresh AND powdered oregano
Fresh AND powdered sage
Powdered garlic
Powdered onion
Powdered white and black pepper
Sea salt
White wine
Meal Preperations:
Soak chicken for 1 hour to a day in olive oil and white wine w/fresh garlic and onion and powdered sage/thyme/oregano/parsley/white pepper/salt
In 3 mixing bowls prep breading:
- bowl one: plain flour
- bowl two: beaten eggs and heavy cream
- bowl three: panko, parm cheese, fresh sage/thyme/oregano/parsley, black pepper, garlic powder
Dip chicken first in flour, next in eggs, finally in breading mixture. Place breaded chicken aside and allow to chill for up to 20 minutes.
Cooking Instructions:
Heat oil in low pan. Cook chicken one by one in hot oil until light brown and then remove and allow oil to heat up more. Once all chicken is light brown re cook chicken until golden brown and crispy.
Add more parsley on tap for taste and garnish!
