Ramai orang rasa Pilates ni senang je! I was one of those people who assumed it that way. In fact, pilates’ movements are harder than normal exercises yang you buat kat rumah.

Tapii.. I tak regret to join Pilates cause I can see the result and its visible wlaupun sikit jer😉 Slowly but surely.
