family favorite meals in Genting

Genting is a family friendly place, and my family is generally p easy to feed. Among the four of us, my dad and I are considered the pickiest! But here are three meals that we can always rely on to be good and satisfying everytime we head up to Genting as a family 😊

🥩 Palsaik Korean BBQ

we’ve come here twice now, and despite the long queue, my mother always specifically requests for this. My dad likes the 8 different types of pork belly set. It’s pork belly marinated in 8 diff types of marinades. Im not a big fan of pork belly (that’s totally a personal taste tho) but found this one quite tender and decent! I ate lots of their crab hotpot and I loved the richness of the soup after it had simmered for awhile. Plus I love how they place the kimchi and bean sprouts on the hotplate. It gives this caramelized kimchi flavor which is chefs kiss. We also found out we can top up our own pickles and potato salad, which we really enjoyed 😌

🥖 Paris Baguette

It’s slightly cheaper than SG’s version and the portions are rly generous! My mum and I shared the chicken Caesar baguette and the bread was fresh and crusty (I know a stale baguette when I eat one and this was not stale). Also had a lot of veggies, which I appreciate. I also tried the cheese mochi, which I’ve always wanted to try. It’s so gooood, bc it has soft cream cheese filling inside ❤️ the coffee is very decent too…my whole fam got americanos haha.

🍲 Beauty in the Pot

okay so you will always be satisfied at BITP. My fam loves going here. But somehow it’s extra shiok in the cooling weather. My suggestion is to go for lunch where u can enjoy the relatively empty restaurant and u can see the clouds! We had the beauty collagen soup and it was just a great time eating with fam.

family holidays are rly hard for us to make time for so every chance I get I do actively try to spend time with my family 😌 and having food places that we know everyone will enjoy rly helps with that!
