One of my most favourite things in the world is picnicking! 🧺

When the weather feels cool under shaded trees and you’re enjoying the ‘fruits’ of your labour - homemade food! 😋

Here are some easy and delicious options for your next picnic!

🥪 SANDWICHES! 🥪

1️⃣ Cold cut sandwiches

Easiness: 🥪🥪🥪🥪🥪

These sandwiches are super simple because you don’t even have to cook anything! All you have to do is prep your meats, slice your cheese, and slice your bread to your preferred length 🥖

🛒 Things to buy:

1. Focaccia bread

2. Assortment of cheeses - Cheddar, Gruyere, Gouda, Emmentaler

3. Cold Cuts - Salami, Pastrami, smoked salmon

4. Crackers

2️⃣ Duck sandwiches 🍗

Easiness: 🥪🥪🥪

This requires slight preparation. Just like Subway, you can opt to toast your sandwiches lightly to melt the cheese.

1. Roasted duck from the supermarket’s rotisserie

2. Focaccia bread

3. Parmesean cheese

4. Mushrooms

5. Veggies

🍝 PASTA & SALAD! 🥗

Easiness: 🍝🍝

Mushroom and Halloumi Pasta

This requires a slightly longer prep time! Don’t try this if you’re someone that can burn down your kitchen.

2. Halloumi - Sliced into chunks

3. Mushrooms

4. Red Onion

5. Soured Cream

6. Pasta

🥬 VIETNAMESE ROLLS! 🥬

Easiness: 🥬

I love eating this but it takes a really long time to prepare (close to 2 hours) because of the wrapping. They’re super versatile and you can add just about everything to it!
