Wellness Wednesday

The pandemic was a trying time for me as a first time mom so I created “wellness Wednesday” as a coping mechanism. It’s a day where I intentionally set time aside to take care of me and now 3 years in, it’s apart of my natural routine. It’s a day I look forward to every week and while I take care of myself no matter the day, Wednesdays I’m more mindful to slow down, relax and recharge.
