semi-fancy steakhouse accepts CDC vouchers?!

Weather has been so hot lately, we wanted to find somewhere for dinner and ideally to start using our CDC vouchers cos we haven’t had the time to use them at all. Then we found Black Pearl Steakhouse near us and they actually accept CDC vouchers! Here’s our ratings:

Crab Bisque: 5/10

Tenderloin Steak: 6.8/10

Chicken Corden Bleu: 7.5/10
