Start by adding a chicken breast to the crock pot along with just enough broth to cover the bottom.
Season with: (I measured with my heart)
- salt & pepper
- cumin
- chili powder
- cayenne pepper
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- few shakes of taco seasoning
Top with sliced peppers and onions.
Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6
Shred chicken and remove from juices
Add 1/2 of a tablespoon of butter to a skillet and layer your tortilla
I cut mine and half but the full quesadilla is about 440cals/30g protein/36g carbs/18g fat
