I want to stop having sex with my boyfriend

So lately I have been feeling a lot of guilt for always giving in and doing it with my man. It’s not that I don’t enjoy it, I just started feeling like as a Christian this isn’t something I should be doing. But I’m afraid that if I tell him I would like to wait till marriage he won’t have a positive reaction. We have been together for a year now and we are doing great. It’s just that I feel my self worth decreasing and I’m just having mixed feelings… Does it even matter? We have done IT so many times that I feel kind of funny for suddenly switching up like this. Plus ik i also find myself feeling horny from time to time. But if this is the Holy Spirit telling me something I don’t want to ignore it. Sooo yeah 😭😭😭 how do you girlies that wait till marriage manage?
