Reading has become my therapy ✨

Growing up I was never a reader, in fact I despised reading it was just too time consuming, I never could get into books my attention span wasn’t long enough I guess… However after having anxiety and learning how to self medicate from this mental illness, I found reading to become my bestfriend… From reading books to educate me on the diagnosis to reading books on how to heal and cope …. I learned that I just had to find my genre, and self development and personal growth is my all time favorites..
