6 Hard Boiled Eggs (Cut in half with Yolks separated from the Whites)

3 Tbsp Mayo

1 Tsp Dijon Mustard

1 Tbsp Chives

S&P to Taste

Tobasco to Taste

Paprika & Chives to Garnish
