Meal ideas on a budget for toddlers and mamas

Hummus:

1 rinsed and drained can of chickpeas

4 cloves of garlic

1/4 cup olive oil

1-2 tbs water

Blend all ingredients until desired consistency

Egg bites:

4 eggs

1/4 cup milk

1/3-1/2 cup shredded cheese

1 diced bell pepper

Seasoning of choice

Combine and cook at 375 for 15 minutes in a mini or regular muffin tin.
