Easy Meal Prep: Egg Sandwiches!

Usually I make lunch meal prep, but I’ve been trying to eat more to feel more energized, so this week I have a breakfast meal prep as well!!

• eggs

• tomatoes

• spinach

• English muffins

• egg whites

• half n half

• cheddar cheese (shredded and slices)

• salt and pepper

This meal is perfect if you work early and don’t have time to making anything in the morning!
