The reality of doordashing

This is my experience, I don’t mind too much as it’s a side hustle for me. I typically pick up any order that gives more money than it does miles. Go easy on your dashers and make sure to include a tip, even if it’s small, we really appreciate it and it matters so much to us. DoorDash is very underpaying on their own, simply because they can be. There is a strike for delivery drivers happening on Valentine’s Day due to unfair pay, and I don’t see anything happening with it unfortunately. Show your appreciation by leaving something, even if it’s a dollar or two when you are capable!
