Pregnancy at the Beach

I remember during my first pregnancy I was so nervous about going to the beach. For many reasons, but mostly because I was so scared of getting too hot.

With my second pregnancy, I feel way more confident!

Here are a few tips that I have gathered living in Florida during pregnancy:

•Bring a hydro flask full of ice water

•Bring a Gatorade

•Bring a tons and tons of snacks

•Bring a portable fan

•Get in the water as much as possible

•Let someone know if you start to feel too hot

Honestly, nothing is different than your normal trip, just be more cautious of what your body is telling you!
