Chef Yong Seo of Appas Pizza first ventured into making pizza when he joined Pizza Hut in Itaewon in 1994. He worked for the franchise for more than 2 decades and is excited to bring this concept to New York. Enjoy amazing Korean toppings like kimchi bacon, bbq chicken or potatoes on your pizza that’s made with a sweet potato crust. Not sure which topping you want to try? Don’t worry - you can get half and half on your pizza for no additional charge. Our favorite was the bulgogi! They also have some delicious Korean inspired drinks like matcha frappe and ube lattes!
