How I live having a fear of Vomit

Developing from when my mom use to drink a lot of bring home stomach bugs from the hospital being sick use to scare me. Being sick in general developed a disorder called hypochondriasis. Which is an anxiety disorder based upon illness.

I’ve taught myself over the years not to be afraid but Emetophobia always gets to me. I can’t leave the house unless I have Zofran on me at all times.
