I buat diet IF. Starting tu i buat 16:8.
16jam tu kita berpuasa makanan je tau. Air still boleh minum asalkan 0calori😘
8jam berbuka tu i buat 3 kali makan.
Open meal - protein shakes
Middle meal - makan nasi buat calori deficit Suku suku separuh
Last meal - protein shakes after exercise
But make sure u guys cut off fast food & yg berminyak. Sugar pun cut off. Kalau tak boleh cut off mcm i, lepas makan mknan manis, u bayar dgn exercise. Baru lah adil kan😚
