my top 3 MUST EAT in Bangkok 🇹🇭

recently went to Bangkok for around a week and I FEASTED 😫 tried so many diff types of Thai food and would like to share my top 3 must try places!

1. Supanniga Eating House

I feel like this is authentic Thai food done really well! the crab curry was filled with so much chunky crab meat and pairs so well with rice. the fried cabbage was really soft and the sauce was very addictive 🤤 the omelette is different from typical omelettes. it’s very thick and contained huge chunks of crab meat 🦀 it was super soft too! the pu jah was packed full of meat. overall, really enjoyed my dining experience and it was my fav eat since I enjoyed every dish!

2. phed mark

we ordered grab for this that’s why it was in takeout containers. it looked really unassuming but oh my god, the spice was insane. it hits immediately and my mouth was numbing up after a few bites 🫢 however, it is a very addictive kind of spice and even tho I was dying from the spice, I couldn’t stop eating?? also, this was alr the lowest spice lvl (they have non-spicy options) 🌶️ I also recommend adding 2 eggs as it made the spice a lot more manageable. I placed this as my top 2 as I think it really stands out!

3. mango sticky rice ice cream

whoever decided to add coconut ice cream to mango sticky rice deserves an award fr 🏆 adding coconut ice cream 🥥 really elevates the snack and makes it so much more refreshing! I don’t really see coconut ice cream with mango sticky rice around but I got this in chatuchak and it was a perfect snack for a hot day! we also added another scoop of ice cream and it was just 20 baht?? super worth and refreshing!!

writing this post makes me wish I was back in Bangkok 🥲 really ate so much good food and I can’t wait to go back for more 😋 lmk what are ur must-eats when u go Bangkok!
