Ingredients:
- 1 lb ribeye steak
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 stalk rosemary
- 1 stalk thyme
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions:
1. Begin by mincing the garlic and setting it aside.
2. Cut the steak into 1-inch thick pieces, then season with salt, pepper, and garlic.
3. Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add cooking oil, then sear the steak for around 2 minutes per side.
4. Add butter to the skillet. Once it starts to bubble, add rosemary, thyme, chili flakes, and minced garlic. Coat the steak in the delicious garlic sauce, stirring for 1 minute.
5. Push the steak aside and crack the eggs into the skillet.
Cook the eggs to your liking.
6. Remove from heat and let cool for 3 minutes before serving.
