How to get out of the arguing stage

I absolutely love my boyfriend however we moved in together about 6 months ago. At first it was awesome and there weren’t any huge issues now for the past month we’ve been arguing non stop. The biggest hickup i see is that I feel like I’m not being heard and that I’m not being validated when I state my feelings or opinions. He’s very assertive and makes a lot of comments like “I’m always right”. How do we get out of this stage? Is it normal to argue after moving in with each other?
