Assisted sitting can look a lot of different ways just like tummy time, it’s versatile. You can be babies support, you can use things around the house or choose a variation of the two.

We mixed it up from day to day but one thing that really helped my baby to independently sit was this toy cube! Because baby is using their own body weight shifting around ,while they play, they are getting stronger and stronger. Building all the necessary muscles for independent sitting.
