One of the highlights from my Japan trip was riding a go kart through the streets of Tokyo. And no, not back alleys, but the main streets! We went over Rainbow Bridge and right under the Tokyo Tower. It was incredible!

And the funniest part is you have the option to dress up in a character onesie. There were several Pokémon to choose from, but I ultimately decided on a Minion from Despicable Me costume.

You can book on GetYourGuide and Viator, but I booked straight with Street Kart Tokyo Bay.

It costs 17,500 yen per person or about $115-120 USD. You can rent an action camera for an extra fee or bring your own.

You’ll also need to get an international drivers license before you leave which costs $20.

I came in November and did the evening tour, and it got pretty cold. I definitely recommend wearing layers and bringing gloves!

Highly recommend doing while in Japan!
