I am currently pregnant & have hated the idea of eating pretty much anything that’s not a salad or fruit (hence my lack in posting) so Instead of spending $10 on a single serving of salad from chick fil a everyday, I decided to make our own! I bought all of these ingredients from Target for just under $30 (some items on sale) & it yields approximately 5-8 full sized salads 🥰. I hope you enjoy!! 💛 (not pictured are the bacon & cheddar cheese) I was too lazy to cook the bacon & just forgot the cheese, but definitely don’t forget those special ingredients!

Ingredients:
-desired amount of bare chicken nuggets
-two handfuls of spring mix
-1 cocktail tomato sliced
-1 or 2 tbsp fire roasted corn
-1 hard boiled egg sliced
-1 slice of bacon (shredded)
-desired amount of shredded cheddar cheese
-desired amount of chick fil a avocado lime dressing 🤌🏽
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the desired amount of bare chicken nuggets in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the chicken nuggets for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- While the chicken nuggets are cooking, take two handfuls of spring mix and place them in a large bowl.
- Slice the cocktail tomato and add the slices to the bowl with the spring mix.
- Sprinkle 1 or 2 tablespoons of fire-roasted corn over the salad.
- Once the chicken nuggets are finished cooking, let them cool for a minute before cutting them into bite-sized pieces. Add the cut chicken nuggets to the salad
- Slice the hard-boiled egg and arrange the slices on top of the salad.
- Shred the slice of bacon and sprinkle it over the salad.
- Add your desired amount of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Drizzle your desired amount of Chick-fil-A Avocado Lime Dressing over the salad.
- Gently toss all the ingredients together to combine everything evenly.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Cobb Salad!
