Concealer Hack You Must Try! 😳👍🏼

Hey Lemon8 gang! Recently I came across a viral video about the magic of concealer which is called the “tracing” concealer technique, and it shows how the placement of it can give your face a serious boost. The steps are pretty easy and you only need a few products to achieve an instant facelift look.

Here’s how to do it:

First, moisturize your whole face. I’m using my favorite Protective Face Lotion by Bobbi Brown as my base. Then, grab your favorite concealer, I’m using my all time favorite Instant Age Rewind Eraser by Maybelline in color code Sand.

To begin with the concealer technique, start by lining the concealer underneath your eye and then drags the product down, alongside your nose, and goes down to your cupid’s bow; trace it around your mouth and bring it down to the center of your chin. To sculpt the cheekbones, pull the concealer out along the hollow of your cheeks toward your ear.

Next, I use a damp makeup beauty blender to blend, starting with my undereye area. Then I moved on to my nose, cheekbones, and chin.

I could see the difference was subtle, it gives a little bit of lift underneath my cheekbones. And then I repeated the same process on the other side of my face.

Next step: Bronzer. I used L.A. Girl Pro Conceal in the shade Dark Cocoa to bronze my face. Then I blush my face using Tarte blusher in the shade Paaarty and you’re done!

What I like about this technique is it helps give the illusion of sculpted cheekbones by lightening the area underneath them.
