My favorite way to wash makeup brushes !

I have tried so many different ways to clean my brushes + the easiest way to do so & this has to be the best way to do it for me !

I have tried different soap washes & ways to wash it that I would either take me so long to wash each & every one or I would use my hands as the base to wash the brushes ( I would dry them out so bad!)

I finally decided to try ZOTE soap because I have hear nothing but greatness of it!

What’s ZOTE?

• Zote is a Mexican brand soap that’s well known for it’s ability to remove greased- hard to remove stains on clothing .

I was hesitant at first with using this as a makeup brush cleaner because I already have sensitive to dry skin & I thought it would dry out my skin more.

& the first time I actually used Zote, I first saw brushes so dry that I thought they were all destroyed. Thankfully once they were fully dried out, they were squeaky clean + ultra-soft.

Trust the process !!!!

Zote eliminates the former, making the process of cleaning my stash of 50+ brushes an under 20-minute affair. I simply swirl my brushes on the soap and continuously squeeze the tips of the bristles, being mindful not to get the ferrule (the part where the brush meets the handle) wet. Then, once the water runs clear, which usually happens in a few seconds, my brushes are clean.

I also love to use a cleaning brush mat (I got mine from target for only $3 )

To really get in and fight off any stubborn stains.
