WHERE TO FURTHER STUDY AS A FILM STUDENT?

Tough decision!!! I really wanted to study abroad so bad but i have no idea where I should go to get the best education for me. I always have a passion for film and photography so i would love to apply for a bachelor in film but I am not sure where to go. Any suggestions from students who are currently studying abroad?
