Easy and Quick yummy

Hubby and I made some quick and easy chilaquiles for breakfast today.

This meal always hits the spot and is simple to make.

We use corn tortillas that we fry up into chips

once they are all fried we add in the eggs (in a new pan with less oil and as many eggs as you like) cook it up season a bit then the best part a can of el pato sauce and cheese until melty. (We used two cheeses Mexican blend and Monterrey jack with Carolina reaper)
