To be more positive, spend time with positive people, do things that make you happy, avoid negative thoughts and emotions, be grateful for what you have, and focus on the good in every situation.

1. Be Kind To Yourself

Being kinder to yourself can help to reduce levels of anxiety and depression as well as improve your ability to cope with everyday life. It can also boost your self-esteem which in turn improves relationships with others and equips us to deal with new experiences.

2. Surround Yourself With Positive People

When you surround yourself with positivity, you're more likely to adopt empowering beliefs and see life as happening for you instead of to you. Just as you benefit when you surround yourself with people who make you happy, you suffer when those in your business or social circles are negative or narrow-minded.

3. Practice Positive Self-Talk
