Are Rolexes actually good investment?

I’ve been a Rolex fan since I was in my early 20s and through the years I’ve gotten the privilege to collect a few pieces that I really love. The timestamp in my pictures are a bit dated as it was taken from my instagram page that I’ve posted last year.

I’m here to debunk a few myths that maybe not everyone might know.

1. Not all Rolex will appreciate in prices, most sport series will.

2. The waiting list is fake. No boutique in the right mind will sell you a high in demand watch with no prior purchase when they have their own VIPs to serve.

3. Your best bet of getting your dream watch is at the airport or overseas. Most airports are not allowed to reserve watches for clients so if you’re lucky, you might be able to get your dream watch.

Finally, buy a watch that you truly love and will not purely for investment purposes because you’ll never be able to predict what will happen to the watch market.
