~Reflect Yourself For Who You Are Today~

Go in front of the mirror and stare your reflection. Really ask yourself, “Am I happy with who I am today? What is there that I’d like to change for the better within myself? What toxic trait or bad habit do I have to uplift?”🤔Everyone has something they struggle within themselves. But babygirl, you must first always and I mean ALWAYS prioritize yourself first! You need to fall in love with you.🥰Every morning, as silly as it sounds, I need you to look in the mirror and start vocally saying positive things to yourself. Every✨Single✨Day✨ Until it’s literally permanent in your mind. This will help your mental health tremendously🤗❤️

~Become Your Own Muse~

As I’ve mentioned earlier my love, you must love yourself always for who you are. Of course, patience must come with this because loving yourself isn’t easy if you’ve struggled with not loving you. Start taking care of yourself! Your appearance, your space, who you let into your energy, bad habits, things you put in your body, things you tell yourself, things you say, things you think! Make a good change for you, this is important! If you aren’t in love with who you are today, you have to put in effort to shape yourself into who you want to be. Watching glow up videos/self care videos is always helpful. Having someone who inspires you helps so much. Now, I’m not saying copy everything about the person, no! Take things here and there and always BE YOUR OWN PERSON! Be different. It’s always the people who stand out of the crowd that makes the difference, never lose sight of that.😍

~Romanticize Your Life~

Even if you aren’t in the best situation, I want you to wake up in the morning and thank God for letting him wake you up. I want you to start paying attention to the little things and start appreciating what you have and where you are in life today even if it’s the worst situation you think could possibly happen to you because others always have it way worse! Give yourself your life back and don’t let this world rob your smile or happiness! Remember, you come first! You are in control of your emotions, thoughts, actions, words, and your responsibilities. Everything else is out of your control. So don’t let anybody or anything prevent you from living your life. You only get to be the age that you’re at once, so make it worth it and don’t forget to snap a few pics here and there from time to time. Life is way too short to be unhappy girlfriend! You are in control of what life you want to have💙

~In With The New, Out With The Old~

It takes at least 18 days to create a new habit. Choose the habit you want to create for yourself. Replace the bad with the good. Teach yourself new things as if you’re teaching yourself a new recipe and when you start, pssttt……..KEEP GOING AND DONT LOOK BACK! We want what’s best for you and treat that as if it’s your trophy at the very top. Mistakes will always happen, bad things happen all the time but start changing your perspective on how you view things. The way I look at it is everything in life is always meant to be if it happened to you. Either a blessing or a lesson. Look at bad things as if it’s a pothole on the road…eventually you’ll get passed it! Don’t stress and don’t let things discourage you.😘

~Give Yourself Time To Process~

Time. Time goes by faster everyday and sometimes we don’t even realize where or when the time flew by so quickly. So give yourself days to recover. For your mental health and wellbeing. Sometimes we don’t even realize but we really have to start listening to the messages our body sends our brain and just pause for a moment and breathe.

~Feel Your Soul~

Just for a moment, I want you to find a place that you feel comfortable and safe at. Whether that’s your room, car, or somewhere outside, find that place. A place that’s quiet, comfortable, safe, and peaceful. Sit there and take deep breathes. Meditate if you have to. Get your heart, body, and mind steady. I don’t care if you have to cry your heart out or even scream to feel steady, whatever it takes, do it! It’s extremely important to release! How can one ever think straight if there’s no release? Listen to high vibrational songs or sounds. Nowadays, most of the music in today’s world are filled with low vibrational sounds and words. Most songs have negative and toxic words and that really does something to our brains without us even realizing it. Get rid of anything and everything toxic and really try to feel and get in touch with your soul. Take a bath if you have to. Throw on a movie or show you can learn from or something that will put you in a good mood. Spend time with yourself. It’s important for us to connect with ourselves and when I say that, i genuinely mean how your soul feels. Let your face relax and let your heart mind and body take you on a trip to your soul. Actually my 3 therapist in life is the ocean, driving, and music. I never really had true friends growing up and I’m learning to be okay with that because i appreciate what I do have. Believe it or not but the ocean has so many healing properties not just for your body but your mind heart and soul. So I try to go as often as I can to the ocean. As for driving, it really helps me clear my mind, especially on rainy days. And last but not least, music. Music always understands me better than the world could ever. Find your therapist. Be happy with hanging out with yourself so you can get to know parts of you, you didn’t know about.

~Give Flowers To Yourself~

It’s all in the title. Whether you grow your own, buy some, or pick some, flowers are always going to be a girls best friend. So let flowers be your gift. I read a quote a while ago and it really stuck with me. It said something along the lines of “if you put a flower in a toxic environment, it will still grow but not to its fullest potential. Put that same flower in a positive environment, and watch it thrive and stand proud.” It stuck with me ever since and I’ve always been obsessed with flowers my whole life. Flowers are supposed to be a reminder of your growth. You should always bloom beautiful like a flower through the good and the bad.

~Take Care Of Your Wellbeing~

Start filling your body with all the natural and organic things. Fill your body with natural herbs and vitamins. With Fruits and vegetables. Cut out the garbage food because you are what you eat. Bettering what you put in your body helps your body and skin stay younger and longer on this world. Start journaling, take walks outside or even go on a picnic with a nice scenery and hear nature. Hug a damn tree! Feel nature! Sometimes our feet needs to touch grass. Sometimes our ears need to hear waves. Sometimes our body needs to breathe clean air. Hydrate yourself. Cleanse your energy with prayers, rituals, incense, sage; natural scents. Nature takes care of us more than we realize. So let nature help you.
