NEW K-LIP TINTS IN TOWN: Should you cop?

New Korean lip tints are always being launched left and right, and I’m honestly always up to try new lippies 😌

Clio kindly sent over 6 of their new Chiffon Blur Tints for me to try, and here are my favourite 4!

TEXTURE —

It feels like a whipped, fluffy mousse on the lips, compared to the Dewy Blur Tint which has a more liquid-to-matte formula. The texture makes it very easy to blend with your fingers or by smacking your lips together.

TRANSFER —

Due to the texture, it doesn’t hit the mark in the transferproof department. It does transfer a little as the product seems to glide around quite easily, but it’s not too bad in my book.

LONG WEAR —

Despite some transfer, the lip tint has a very long-lasting wear. I went through eating dinner + having drinks and the colour stayed on all the way till when I reached home and needed to take off my makeup!

FINISH —

Compared to the Dewy Blur Tint, the Chiffon Blur Tint has a more powdery, smudged look, which helps with smoothing over your lip lines.

SHADES —

01 Peach Bebe: It’s more of a muted, smoky pink

02 Coral Clay: A good everyday true coral

04 Allday Rose: Rose with a slight grey undertone

05 Pink Fog: Mauve pink that’s slightly cool-toned

OVERALL —

I actually really enjoy using this lip tint as a blush because of how blendable it is! The blush stays on as long as when I use the tint on my lips too, so that’s pretty impressive.

I’d recommend the Dewy Blur Tint more if you prefer a completely matte and transferproof lip tint, but if you have very chapped lips and don’t mind a powdery look even with a bit of transfer + have the intention to use this as a blush, the Chiffon Blur Tint will make a good 2-in-1 product!
