My Favorite Lunch Spots in Nashville

Whether you live in Nashville or have an upcoming trip, here are some of my favorite lunch spots! 🥗🍟

Burger Up | 12 South Neighborhood - I’ve been living in Nashville for almost 10 years and Burger Up is still my go-to spot. I always order the kale salad and truffle fries. NEVER disappoints!

Taqueria del Sol | 12 South + Sylvan Park Neighborhood - Most people come for the tacos but I love their salads at lunch time. There is only one salad option daily but I always order it! Also, don’t skip out on the queso or shrimp chowder. Both locations are great but I frequent most at the 12 South one because it is closer to me.

Two Hands | Gulch Neighborhood - I come here a lot for lunch because it’s only a few minute walk from my condo. I’ve tried quite a bit on their menu and have loved it all. The brussel sprouts are a must-order! I also really appreciate that the menu notes what is GF, DF, vegan, and contains nuts.
