How to make time for yourself during a hectic day

Looking at my Google Calendar, every day is jam-packed with classes, meetings, meetups, and other plans. Making time for myself isn’t always at the forefront of my mind, and reminding myself to do these things usually makes me feel less stressed and overall more calm.
