I’m a SAHM Mom of 5. I’m not going to sit here and Lie as if I eat the Healthiest of Meals; Daily. I normally cater to the foods my Kids eat and we have plenty of food allergies to deal with! I’ve recently started back Intermittent Fasting.
I fast from 7:30PM-Noon
I Break my Fast with 3 Bottles of Water. Then I eat Breakfast.
On this Morning my Breakfast was Whole Wheat Waffles; with 4 Slices of Bacon *2 Slices cut in Half; Strawberries; Blackberries and half of a Banana. I topped it with Whip Cream and Sugar Free Syrup! I Follow that up with another 1 Bottles of Water and 1 cup of Orange Juice.
For Dinner I had a Dominos Caesar Salad. The kids earned Pizza and I hate Pizza! I added Tomatoes; Onion; Green Bell Pepper; Peppers; Ham; Turkey; 2 Boiled Eggs and Croutons with Salt & Pepa to taste with a bit of Red Wine Vinegar and Chick Fil La Avocado Dressing followed by 2 bottles of water and Light Apple Juice.
My IF Schedule:
Breakfast between 12:00 & 1:30 PM
Dinner between 5:30 or 6:30 NO LATER
Winding Down between 7:30 & 8:00 PM
2 Bottles of Water or Tea with Honey before Bed or if I get Hungry or Extra thirsty at Night!
