Easy Breakfast Taco 🌮

Been HOOKED on this lately when I want a savory breakfast.

So easy!

1 egg and 100g egg whites

1 serving turkey sausages (2 Patties)

10g reduced fat Mexican cheese

1 carb counter tortilla

Add egg mixture to your pan, allow for a little egg to be wet on top when you add your tortilla so it cooks together when you flip it.

Once I add insides and fold it over, press it down good so the cheese melts and helps hold your taco together because mine is THICC.

I’ll flip it over again as it’s folded so it’s nice and crispy, then eat up!
