What I'm eating to heal my gut

Tbh, the girls weren't lying... this is the most energized and happy that I've been in a long.

I recently began the journey of healing my leaky gut by making changes to things I consume daily. Out with sugary foods, overly processed items, and binge drinking alcohol. In with gut-friendly things like kefir, kombucha, kimchi, kraut and more.

I'm so excited to see how my body changes throughout this healing journey!
