NYC Weekend Day Trip: Nyack, NY

My sister recently moved to Nyack a cute little down about an hour away from NYC. I🍁t’s the perfect fall day trip for a weekend getaway from NYC.

🚗The easier way to get there is by driving. You can park a residential side street for free.

I recommend strolling around the town if it’s nice weather. There are tons of little boutiques with hand crafted goods like pottery bowls, candles, shawls etc.

📚There’s a library with a beautiful vine decoration, a little waterfront, and cute☕️spot that has dairy-free milk options.

🍽For lunch, my sister and I went to a restaurant called Arts Cafe, a Mediterranean spot with plenty of vegetarian options. We had these amazing Israeli food - my sister got a goat cheese honey date malawach and I got a mozzarella toastini (a bagel version of a panini).

Overall, it was a great day trip filled with unique stores and I had a great time spending time with my sister!
