Pepperoni Crisps

My wife loves her some pepperonis— she especially loves these. If you’re a pepperoni fan, consider giving this a try!

🔴 Place 8-15 pepperoni slices onto 2 layers of paper towel

🔴 Cover them with a single paper towel

🔴 Microwave on high 30 seconds*

🔴 Check your pepperonis — you will notice SO MUCH pepperoni grease on the paper towels.

🔴 If you need more crisping — I usually do since she really likes the crisp — flip them over (don’t forget to cover back up) and microwave an additional 10-15 seconds

🟡 If you need more crisp, be careful and flip them each time and only microwave in 5-10 second intervals (again don’t forget to cover back up).

🔴 Chips should be mostly dry and stiff.
