PURPLE SWEET POTATO LOAF 🍠🍞 (easy bread recipes)

hi lemon8! im back with another recipe, for the softest and fluffiest sweet potato loaf 😆 i recently bought a pack of purple sweet potato, which were super dry and not nice to eat on its own... so i decided to bake some bread with it!

all you need are:

- 200g sweet potatoes

- 340g bread flour

- 7g salt

- 6g instant yeast

- 50g sugar

- 195g lukewarm milk

- 40g unsalted butter

for bread lovers like me, make sure to try this recipe out! the loaf is really super soft, its like biting into a cloud ☁️ and since we're using sweet potato, its natural sweetness also enhances the bread flavour 😋 also, yall can substitute the purple sweet potato for any other type! if ure using japanese or indonesia honey sweet potatoes, u prob can lessen the sugar since theyre naturally very sweet alr.
