FLUFFIEST BUNS EVER!?!

helloooo!!! back with another bread recipe 🥰 once again, a successful four leaves dupe bcuz my mum said it really tastes like their plain bread rolls 🥐🥐🥐

super simple ingredients needed again! and you can customise the bread however u like, such as putting ham/cheese/fillings in the rolls or even dipping it in your morning coffee ☕️ here are all the ingredients + measurements:

- 300ml of warm milk

- 5g instant dry yeast

- 30g sugar

- 2 eggs

- 490g bread flour

- 5g salt

- 30g unsalted butter

- white sesame seeds as topping

once again, hardest part is probably kneading the dough (and waiting patiently for the rolls to be baked..) i'm planning to make a future post on some tips for baking esp kneading so stayed tuned!!
