1 ½ cup quick cook oats

For the Filling:

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature

1/4 cup vegetable shortening

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

1 tablespoon milk
