Yoga in an Urban Oasis!

The instructor was great, she encourages me and quickly made me feel comfortable! There's something about this place that makes you keep wanting to come back. If you're like me and you don't need all the scented candles and spa-like 5 star treatment, and just want some serious yoga action to make it worth the 1.5 hour classes, then this is the place. the instructor is excellent, extremely knowledgeable and passionate practitioners who speak English fluently and teach widely.

The class were intense, especially Flow and Bliss, and can leave one blissfully sweaty and happy.

The classes are 1.5 hours which makes the price more attractive (900 baht/class = +- Rp. 450k/class), they offer package classes which are more cheaper but sadly since im only staying here for awhile i had to take their drop in class which is nice for expats.
