Vanilla Amber Scent Routine🍦 (Mini Version)

Hey everyone, I thought I’d share the mini scent routine I did today! It’s vanilla amber, I was just gonna do plain vanilla but then I got the idea for the fragrance oil and Born Dreamer perfume which has amber notes! It smells really nice and I would definitely do this routine again! 🍦

•The reason this one doesn’t have a scrub and body wash with it is because I have a condition called POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome). It’s a heart condition that causes a reduction in blood volume when standing. This leads to dizziness, nausea, vomiting, and even fainting. Sitting or laying down is the best way to make it stop quickly. It’s been very hard to live with. Sometimes when I’m getting a shower I get very sick and have to cut my shower short. 😔 I don’t wanna fall or throw up (which have happened before) so I do the bare minimum and get out so I can sit with my head down and legs elevated. It happened to me today. However I still wanted to share because I used scented products when I got out so this is the ‘Shortened by POTS Version!’

•Had I been able to take a longer shower I was gonna use the Kylie Skin Vanilla Body Scrub and matching Vanilla Body Wash🫶🏻
